These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and arr99 ("arr99", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing arr99 at arr99.org, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the arr99 platform. Continued use of arr99 following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
4.1 Single Account. Each Player may register only one account on arr99. The existence of more than one account per Player — whether registered under the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a breach of these Terms. arr99 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances.
4.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your arr99 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. arr99 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain reasonable security over your credentials.
4.3 Account Verification (KYC). arr99 may request identity documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of your account.
4.4 Account Closure. You may request closure of your arr99 account at any time by contacting our support team. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned via your registered withdrawal method, subject to standard verification requirements. Bonus funds will be forfeited upon closure.
5.1 Supported Payment Methods. arr99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following PKR-denominated payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Allied Bank Transfer, SadaPay, USDT TRC20, and Retail Cash Deposit. arr99 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at its discretion with reasonable notice.
5.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your arr99 balance instantly or within a few minutes. Bank transfer deposits may require one to three business days depending on your bank's processing schedule. arr99 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose transaction charges independently.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Verified accounts in good standing can expect withdrawals to be processed within the following indicative timeframes:

5.4 Withdrawal Method. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. arr99 may request documentation confirming ownership of the receiving account before processing any withdrawal.
5.5 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per day. Current limits are published in the arr99 cashier section and may be updated from time to time.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. arr99 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which supplement these general Terms.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in each promotion's terms.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. arr99 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings if it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, structured betting designed to minimise risk during wagering requirements, and collusion with other players.
6.4 Promotion Expiry. Bonuses not claimed within the stipulated promotional period will expire and be removed from your account. Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe stated in each promotion's individual terms.
6.5 arr99 Right to Amend. arr99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes will be communicated via the arr99 website.
7.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on arr99 are subject to acceptance by the platform. arr99 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where it suspects irregular betting patterns or where a market error has occurred.
7.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and may vary by sport, market, and event. Current limits are displayed at the point of bet placement.
7.3 Cricket Betting. All Pakistan Super League (PSL), international Test, ODI, and T20I cricket markets are governed by arr99's Cricket Betting Rules, which form part of these Terms. In-play cricket betting markets — including ball-by-ball and session markets — are subject to arr99's in-play trading rules.
7.4 Void Bets. Bets may be declared void where an event is cancelled, abandoned, or where arr99 determines that a palpable error has occurred in the odds or market setup. Void bets are refunded to the player's balance in full.
7.5 Final Results. Bet settlement is based on the official result as declared by the relevant sporting body. Where a result is subject to appeal or review, arr99 may delay settlement until the official result is confirmed.

All content on arr99 — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and the arr99 brand name — is the exclusive property of arr99 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the arr99 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any arr99 content without prior written authorisation. Any unauthorised use of arr99 intellectual property will be pursued under applicable law.
10.1 The arr99 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While arr99 takes reasonable steps to ensure continuous availability, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, arr99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including losses arising from network interruptions, bet settlement delays, or software errors.
10.3 arr99's aggregate liability to any individual Player for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms limits arr99's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
arr99 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an arr99 account, you acknowledge and consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
arr99 will not sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data is shared only with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory bodies as required to operate the platform and meet legal obligations.

Your continued use of the arr99 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must stop using arr99 and may request account closure.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which arr99 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of arr99 shall first be referred to arr99's customer support team for resolution.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal support channels within thirty (30) days, it may be referred to the relevant dispute resolution body specified under arr99's operating licence. arr99's decisions regarding bet settlement, account management, and bonus eligibility are final, subject only to the dispute resolution process outlined above.
